From a single foot lock, split the silks and hold at your waist. This may feel awkward and too low at first, but you really want to hold that low. The lower you hold, the further upside-down you will go.
Keeping your locked foot as straight as you can, lean back, letting your arms hold you upright. Your arms will extend, and you'll face the ground.
