(Hammock)
To get into the cocoon position, from single foot lock, split the silks and stand up.
Turn towards one of the silks. Spread the silk behind you and sit and lean back into it, like a hammock.
Spread the silk across from you with your free foot, extending your foot into it.
Hang out here, or continue and stand up, enclosing yourself in a long cocoon.
This position is rather comfortable. Beware your heel slipping out of your footlock - this happened to both of us here on our first tries.
