The bicycle climb is a dynamic climb in which the feet move in roughly circular motions, resembling riding a bike.

First, stand in a regular climb on both silks.

Wrap the top foot (the foot which usually clamps down on the flexed foot) in front of and around, then behind the pole. Catch the pole on the outer side of the foot, opposite the arch, and push that foot forward, while at the same time bending the bottom foot and bringing it back behind you.

Repeat this motion, alternating feet.
