From double footlock, grab the silks with both hands - either both hands on one silk, or one hand on each. Face one of the silks, and slide down into a front split.
Only go as low as you're comfortable getting out of, and make sure you are nice and warmed up so you don't hurt yourself.
Practice low to the ground so you can get out easily if you can't get back up!
