Superman is a frontbalance.


From Diaper Cape, grab in front of one of the silks, and behind the other.

Pull out and down on the silks to push yourself up.

Now, you want to throw your legs through the opening above the "x" in the silks, ending in a frontbalance. Let go and balance here.

  • Superman - grabbing the silks

  • Superman - pull out and down

  • Superman - get your legs up and through the top opening
