Aerial Yoga:Inverted Straddle
Place the sling in the small of your back, holding the two sides like you would a swing.
Spread your legs and tip back, leaning your back onto the support of the sling.
Bring your legs up and over your head so that they are above you and your head is now facing towards the ground.
You can let your hands drop away from the silks if you're comfortable here.
To come up, grab the sides of the sling with your hands and lower your legs to the ground.
