Arabesque Hang

Wrap one hand around the silks in an arabesque. Engage the shoulder so your arm is flexed somewhat.

With the other hand, reach back and pull the silk around your back. Hold the silk out in front of you taut. You can hang in this position quite comfortably, or lift up your feet if you're on the ground.
