The scooperman climb is often the second climb learned just after the basic climb.
Some folks find this one easier on the arms to execute, as well as easier for your feet to wrap and hold onto the silks.
The initial learning curve is a bit higher than the basic climb, but it's worth trying it out to see if you like it better.
