From a climb, go into a single foot lock.
Separate the silks and move just your upper body through them. The silks should make a V down your torso.
Lower yourself into a squat with your knees pointing outward. The silks should be on the insides of your thighs.
Lean forward through the split silks, letting gravity pull you upside-down.
